Local store pickup is available for customers in the Kansas City metro area. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace the items if available or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund to the original form of payment when appropriate. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photo verification.
