About Us

Erin Rose Boutique was born out of my lifelong passion for fashion! Though I graduated from Rockhurst College with a degree in accounting, I quickly realized that crunching numbers wasn’t my true calling. My love for fashion started early—at 15, I began working at "The Limited," where my dream of owning a boutique first took root. Fun fact: I was even voted "Best Dressed" in high school!

After years of dreaming, I’m thrilled to see Erin Rose Boutique come to life. My husband, Sean, who owns his own business, Industrial Door, and our wonderful children—Gracie-Lynn (25), Nicholas (17), and Charlotte (13)—have all been an incredible support system on this journey.
