We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with in the continental United States.  

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from processing and transit times.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping orders are processed once payment authorization and address verification are complete. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Store Pickup

Local store pickup is available for customers in the Kansas City metro area. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace the items if available or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund.
